ReachHighly is a B2B cold email outreach SaaS platform that helps businesses find and contact potential customers through AI-powered email campaigns. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the Service complies with all applicable laws, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CASL.

3. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Only send emails to recipients who may have a legitimate interest in your offering
• Include a valid physical mailing address in all emails
• Honor unsubscribe requests promptly
• Not use the Service for spam, harassment, or illegal purposes
• Maintain a bounce rate below 5% and complaint rate below 0.1%

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly. All payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not use ReachHighly to send emails promoting illegal products or services, adult content, gambling, phishing, or any content that violates our Acceptable Use Policy. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

ReachHighly is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at founder@reachhighly.com.
